Moberly, MO, January 30, 2015 Moberly Regional Medical Center is excited to announce its new health talk series, your life. better. This series covers health issues for the whole family, and we know it will be a great help to your goal of a healthy and well lifestyle. As a part of the hospital's overall outreach efforts, we are looking for new ways to bring information about healthy living, wellness and prevention to our community in a way that best fits the needs and busy lifestyle of our residents. Events will be held at various locations and times to reach more people.
The first in the 2015 Series is a Lunch and Learn entitled, Affairs of the Heart, on Tuesday, February 17 at the MRMC Education Conference Room (lower level of the hospital) from noon-1. Lunch will be provided by Hospice Compassuss.
Dr. Ahmed Habib, Cardiologist, will give us an update on the latest trends in heart disease treatment. Lynn Reid with Hospice Compassuss will educate us on end of life care for heart disease patients. It's an hour packed with information you and your loved ones need to know about the heart.
