Patients & Visitors
Current Visitor Guidelines
Your safety and that of our providers is critical to ensure you receive quality medical care. Our hospital, physicians and employees have proactively prepared to respond and provide care related to the new coronavirus, COVID-19.
We need your help to minimize exposure to infectious or communicable diseases.
Currently, we are limiting visitors to one at a time in the emergency room and two visitors on the acute care/critical care unit. No visitors are allowed on the senior behavioral health unit and patients in isolation will have additional visitor restrictions.
All visitors are asked to practice infection prevention.
- Sanitize hands when entering the hospital and when entering or exiting patient rooms.
- Cover coughs or sneezes with elbow or a tissue and dispose of used tissues in the trash.
- Sanitize hands after coughing or sneezing.
Staying in touch with family members is important and we encourage you to use phone, email, text, Skype and Facebook. Flowers, gifts, cards or other remembrances can be dropped off at the front desk and we will deliver to the patient room.
This is an extraordinary time and we appreciate your understanding and compliance.
At Moberly Regional Medical Center, we understand that coming to the hospital as a patient or as a loved one's support person can be a difficult, often overwhelming experience. Whether you’re preparing for a hospital stay or stopping by to see friends and family, knowing where to go and what to bring will help make your visit less stressful. To make your experience easier, we want to provide you with helpful information you may need to plan your visit, such as what to expect, parking instructions, transportation and more.
Patient Guide
Our patient guide can assist you with questions you may have while you're in our hospital, as well as provide you with important information about your inpatient and outpatient care. Also provided in the guide is a phone directory as well as useful hospital and area maps.
At Moberly Regional Medical Center, we are committed to the continuous improvement of our services. If for any reason we do not meet or exceed your expectations, please let us know immediately so we can respond appropriately in a timely manner.
