Hello, I am Dr. Habib. We are proud of our Heart and Vascular Center...

As Medical Director of the Heart and Vascular Center, I take pride in the high quality heart care our team delivers. With our team's decorated credentials and from a lot of hard work, we are proud to have won the American Heart Association's Get with the Guidelines Annual Performance Award four years in a row.

We venture to grow. In fact, this year we plan to double the size of our heart center with a $1.9 million expansion project to include a new state-of-the-art cardiac camera. And as always we pride ourselves in providing care in a compassionate and welcoming environment.

Visit us for all your preventative care, check-ups, diagnosis, treatments, and rehabilitation needs. Please contact us to set up an appointment or to learn more at (660) 269-3281.
